Strategies, aims and objectives regarding the activity of the Consortium and the organizing and financing management, with different competences, are defined by association bodies, which are:
- General Assembly;
- Board.

The General Assembly, composed by representatives of all associated companies, is the governing body of the Consortium. It sets the general directives for the action of the Consortium, decides on other matters reserved to its competence and submitted to its examination, appoints the Board and approves the association’s accounts.  

The Board is the administrative body of the Consortium. It decides about issues and general lines of activity of the Consortium within the directives defined by the General Assembly, sets the short and medium term activities, appoints its own President and Vice Presidents, verifies the results and draws the consortium’s accounts.

The members of the Board are:
- Vincenzo Buffa di Perrero (President)
- Roberto Percivale (Vice President)
- Giorgio Stirano (Adviser).
